The space
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
This bright and spacious living area is designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the cosy seating, warm ambience from the fireplace, and large windows that bring in beautiful natural light and garden views. It’s the perfect place to unwind, read, lounge, or enjoy time with family and friends.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The driveway can fit up to 1 car. Additional curb parking on the nature strip.

Guest access
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Other things to note
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
