Your modern, yet traditional villa is located above the village of Chalok Baan Kao with the most spectacular views over the vegetation and 180° over the sea. We focus on privacy and sea view from every corner of the house. Horizon features 1 bedroom, a spacious living area, a fully equipped Western kitchen, a big bathroom with a natural rock built in, a walk-through closet and the best part is outdoors - the terrace with infinity pool, dining table and chill-out sala.
The space
Horizon is quite unique as the positioning and architectural design of the villa itself allows sea view from almost every corner of the house.
Your spacious villa has an open-plan design which gives a loft-like feeling. Room-high glass windows and sliding doors at the front ease the access to the balcony and amplify a light-flooded feeling indoors.
Inside, the living and kitchen area are on split levels, separated by few steps, both facing the sea side. The adjoining bedroom with it's floor length sliding doors to the living area has an ensuite walk-trough closet with enough storage for your clothes and suitcases . The bathroom is accessible either from the living and kitchen area or the walk-through closet.

Our luxury villa provides a very unique design targeting on sea view, privacy and pure relaxation with modern and western amenities you usually don't find on Koh Tao.
The grounds and garden around the villa are being kept natural. You will see a variety of birds, butterflies, squirrels and, of course, geckos. Geckos live everywhere in Thailand and snack away mozzies and bugs, so they are very helpful. Koh Tao is a tropical island after all, so yes, you will cross some critters here and there.

The Villa is located on top of a hill (easy access via concrete road) with the closest neighbour being about 100m away to offer outstanding privacy.
Different food delivery services will provide you with all kinds of culinary delights. Their numbers are pre-programmed in the Smartphone you will be provided during your stay.
Within less than 5 minutes motorbike ride (125cc scooter is included in your stay) you are in Mae Haad, in less than 10 minutes you are in Sairee or Chalok Baan Khao. Some of our favourite beaches are just 5 minutes down the road from the villa.
