The apartment isn't huge but its not tiny. Refreshing views and bright new apartment. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The bedroom is exactly like the photo so please check all the photos.
The accommodation is fresh, homely and modern. A large window from the living room and bedroom with a view allows the light to shine in all day and the views add to the relaxation.
Externally the building is well maintained and has a nice leafy feel. Neighbours are respectful and friendly.
Guest has full access to the kitchen. The bathroom. There's always hot water. There's a table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast or dinner and my pride and joy is a large sofa and snuggle chair, everyone who sits on them loves them.
Help yourself to the Internet and tv and if there's any more I can offer then please ask.
Interaction with guests
I live in this apartment which I love. There's a large tv but really you can sit and relax in the calm and tranquility.
I am happy to help anyone out and offer advice on things to do. While you stay here it's your home as much as mine so relax and come and go as you please.
Please enjoy the apartment and the area. Just lock the door after you come in and out. :)

I've lived in Liverpool for ten years in this area of Sefton Park and Lark Lane and I definitely wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
The location is my favourite in Liverpool. It's two minutes to the city centre and a short walk to Lark Lane which has an eclectic mix of people, shops and eateries, has the farmers market 4th Saturday of every month, flee markets and gift shops.
There are two parks at your fingertips. Sefton Park and princes park and bicycles can he hired at the entrance (bicycles can be hired on every other street between the accommodation, Sefton Park and Lark Lane. Sefton park is a 5 minute walk which has a boating lake, two coffee shops and hosts many free events throughout the year.
Lastly the city is so close and where do I start there - it's a fantastic city but it's also the people and vibrant atmosphere which make it special.
If you need any other help or advice just ask.
