This was a gorgeous place to stay in, it felt very welcoming and comfortable, nice and clean and family friendly, and a lovely introduction as we arrived. The area is a wonderful one for walking, for the market, for shopping, for transport. I highly recommend this place, thank you Pierre!

What a fabulous home! Spacious, well decorated and homey apartment for our 5 day trip to Paris. Pierre was very communicative before our arrival and Eloise greeted us and helped settle in. Great location and easy to walk or take the train to many places in the city. A very nice home away from home for a group of adults or a family with children. Thank you!

Pierre provides a very beautiful, comfortable space. The apartment is large and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 parents and 2 college students). The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It was everything we were hoping for and expecting. The pictures are a great representation of what to expect, if anything, the apartment is even larger than represented. The wi-fi is great throughout the apartment whether in the bedrooms or in the family room. The kitchen is large, modern, and well-equipped. The bathrooms are small, but clean and modern. Pierre is an excellent communicator - quick to answer any questions and also very accommodating. We highly recommend this listing - we hope to return again soon!

Most apartments I have booked through AirBnB are solely meant for rentals. They are clean and sparse and full of IKEA furniture and flatware. And there's nothing wrong with that. But Pierre's apartment is something else completely. This is a home, with the life that entails. It is like staying in the house of your friend, if your friend is more cultured and tasteful than you. The apartment is perfectly located just outside the busy parts of the Marais. It's an easy walk to interesting places, but still quiet at night. Pierre was communicative and a great host. He even left some Nespresso capsules (special editions, no cheap stuff here) and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy during our stay. Pierre was away so Eloise was there to greet us. She gave wonderful suggestions on what to do nearby and came over (on Christmas Eve, no less) when there a small water leak behind the wall and the plumber was called. The apartment is beautifully decorated and our daughter (four years old) was particularly excited about the children's room, filled with toys and books. She never wanted to leave the house and always asked to return when we were out. Things to note about the apartment: the floorboards in the common area are original to the building (at least they look that way) that means they are creaky and very worn. No splinters, but I always felt like I was about to get spiked in the toe. Also, there is not a lot of closet or drawer space for your clothing, as it is mostly filled with the owner's clothing. That is part and parcel with living in someone's house. We would definitely recommend Pierre's apartments for anyone looking to have a typical Parisian living experience!

Hello Pierre, it was a pleasure stay at your place. The flat is fantastic, the location is fabulous, because it's central to great section of the city. Also it's really close to a central Train station. We had a great time in Paris and staying at such a great apartment made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks for everything Susana.

Our debut Airbnb experience in Paris was marvelous because of Pierre's apartment. His parents met us with the bottle of French wine and were very pleasant and friendly, that helped to turn us into the atmosphere of Paris. The location and equipment were great. Most of all we liked the sonos and beautiful ambient lounge music combined with the large French window that makes your staying like cinema.
