About this listing
An old 19th century building in the local stone (pietra leccese), the house has been recently restored.
The house consists of a living-room with kitchen, a toilet with shower, two bedrooms (the master's bedroom and one with three beds).
A nice terrazzo with a view to the sea and a garden are the highlights of the house.
At only a few steps from the beach, the house is 12 kilometers from the Lecce and at about 10 kilometers from Torre dell'Orso and 20 from Otranto.
The house has two bedrooms, one master bedroom and a small one, with three beds. A fireplace has been recently built in the kitchen. Furniture is simple and comfortable. Being a traditional house with wide walls, the place is fresh even in the hottest summer days.

I have recently started using Airbnb and it has been a positive experience. Living in real houses gives you a nice feeling. The old house you may see in my listing has belonged to my family since 1912. It is a place of the heart where I live only some weeks in August. Since I think it is a wonderful place, I want to share it with other people, giving them the opportunity to live in a small piece of history.
