My one-bedroom, one-bathroom is centrally located. An oasis in the big city. Lovely well kept gardens, walking distance to shops, bus & metro line. Plenty of street parking . Original hardwood floors in this quaint, retro 40's style building.
This apartment complex was built in 1948, close to the Crenshaw District and historic Lemert Park. Kenneth Hahn Park is also nearby with fabulous hiking trails and picnic areas. Grear for bbq's and getting out into nature. Take your bread to feed the ducks and geese.
You have access to the full apartment. Full kitchen. Gas stove, please be cognisant of saving water (California is in a serious drought) and the use of electricity. This ground floor unit does not have security bars on windows, so when leaving the unit to go explore this City of Angeles, or while sleeping, please close them. (or leave them slightly open) Just for security. However there is 24 hr security surveillance cameras and security men always around. I live here as a single woman and feel completely safe. I love living here.
