Come to Casa Azul to enjoy wonderful days on the beaches of Cocanha/Massaguaçú. There are 3 bedrooms with double and single beds, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor area for conversations by the barbecue grill and walks on the beach. Our house is equipped to welcome you, your family and your friends. You can go to the beach by car or on foot; we are only 750 meters (0.46 miles) from the beach.

The space
Open concept, which integrates kitchen, dining area and living room, plus 3 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, barbecue area, backyard with some fruit trees, and space for hammocks and conversations.
Our house is ready to allow new experiences for our guests. It has a lot of history for us, so we left some marks so you can imagine some of them.

Guest access
You will have access to the main house, barbecue area and outdoor bathroom. The other spaces are exclusive to the owner. We do not accept pets.

For your comfort, the house has 3 fans for hot days, and
110V electric kettle, 220V Mixer to make some juice; sugar, toilet paper.
You need to bring bed and bath linens, we have pillows. Don't forget to bring bed linens for the single beds. :)

We are close to markets, a lottery house, gas stations, less than 1 km from Cocanha Beach and Massaguaçú Beach, two beautiful beaches divided by a river. It is worth noting that Cocanha beach is very suitable for families with children, it is almost a swimming pool, while Massaguaçú beach requires care, as it is a tombo beach. It is also possible to visit Capricórnio Beach, Lagoa Azul and Mococa Beach.
On Massaguaçú beach, you can enjoy the day with your family at the Balaio Caiçara kiosk by the sea, with a wonderful view, as well as having a corner for children to play, it has beautiful decoration.
If you like to walk or cycle, the Massaguaçú beach waterfront has a hiking and cycling track, with a breathtaking view.
