You'll have the whole apartment, which is a sunny floor-thru, with windows in every room, and 2 blocks from all subway lines (ACE,123,L). It's on the third, and top floor, so no noisy footsteps above you. It's a third floor walkup, with only one other apartment sharing the downstairs front door.

Great neighborhood, which includes Saturday green market at Abingdon Square, Hudson River Parkway for recreation and picnics, near award winning Chelsea Market for shopping, etc........... All subways within 2 blocks.
Easy to get taxis right outside the door, or subways within 2 blocks. Great walking area as well!

This is the favorite living neighborhood in Manhattan, evoking the history of the city, and offering a quiet area near amazing shopping, views, Hudson River Park, and restaurants.
The apartment is fully furnished, with art work, and respect for the furnishings, and quiet at night are expected. No smoking or pets.
