The apartment is strategically located, as it is in front of the Hotel Venetur, next to the Hotel Dynasty and the La Vela Shopping Center, where you will appreciate restaurants that are very busy due to the care put into them by their owners, shops, a fast food fair, close to the beaches of the place, and very close to the well-known Karacola, where sports and good health enthusiasts frequent it from 5 am to 9 am to do their respective walks, jogging, biking, skating, etc. 10 minutes from Sambil Mall and Costa Azul Mall.
