We were a group of 5 girls, and Wal's apartment was great - very spacious, quirky and a great location. Wal met us upon check-in, and gave us some good tips about the local area. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to the Duomo, and other sites. The only point I'd make (important for girls!) is that two of the bathrooms didn't have fixed shower heads, just ones attached to the bath. This made 5 girls washing hair a bit tricky!! But other than the bathrooms perhaps needing a bit of an upgrade, the apartment is great, and Wal is a fantastic host!

Such a nice loft with two big rooms and a large sofa bed in living room. Everything was well prepared and the host is so nice. The location is very central and near the metro station. Public transport is really conscience.

This apartment is in a very central location - and that is a huge benefit for exploring the city on foot. Its a really quirky space and the photos really sell it well. We found the living space comfortable and the air conditioning works well on the ground floor, but we found it very hot during the night and difficult to sleep even with the fans on in the bedrooms. (Italy in July and fact we were not used to the heat) The bathrooms and kitchen are ok, bit rough around the edges and well used but overall the flat is still good value and worked for us as a base to explore.

Hi there, my name is Walfredo!

I'm an enterpreneur operating in the online sales of high-end italian gourmet products. I was born end grew up in Milan, although my family is originally from Tuscany.

I consider myself a pretty social person, always open for a night out with friends or a good restaurant. My real passion is music! I used to have a band which was decently popular in Milan and still play music in my free time! All time favourite band: Radiohead!

In my milanese loft you will find trace of this passion, cause the house has many guitars, an electric piano and many MANY vinyls. I also have a loft in Venice that was created by my mother with a very artistic touch!

All in all, the only thing I want to say is that I'm always happy to introduce you to Milan, which is the city I love, by giving you some cool insights so that you can trully appreciate its less turisty side. For me Milan is not about the monuments, but all about the residential areas, the bars, the restaurants, the nighlife and the people ;)

Same thing goes for Venice, but this city needs no introduction cause its simply stunning ;) My Cusin Giulia is always there for you and your stay will be wonderful!!

Hope to meet you soon!!

Wal
