My wife and I stayed at Marco's for five nights in June 2017. Marco was easy to contact and keep in touch with which made us feel at ease straight away. He collected us from the train station and took us back to the apartment by foot which was only a five minute walk away. The apartment was clean and tidy. It had all the equipment you would need for a self catering break. Marco was very helpful by informing us of local cafes and shops. The reading material in the apartment was also very useful regarding our Rome trips. There was information about the Appian way in the apartment which lead us to explore the Appian way which is just to the West of Ciampino airport. We walked the Appian way from its start in Rome eventually getting the shuttle bus from the airport back to the apartment. It was a long haul but worth the soar feet from trekking. Around 8 miles but even though there are water points it is useful to carry a bottle to fill up to keep you going in between this is true of any trip into Rome. All of the water points in Rome provide excellent drinking water. We found Ciampino to be a perfect location to commute into Rome and also the surrounding villages such as Frascati and Albano Laziale for as little as 1.50€.

Excellent 4 night stay at this Airbnb Ciampino accommodation. Host was very accommodating, welcoming and even picked us up and dropped us off again at the airport. Great for family holiday's with kids. All amenities available and the apartment was much better than we thought from the photos we had seen. Neighbourhood is peaceful, 5 minutes from the airport and only a €1.50 and 10 minute train journey to the centre of Rome.

Marco's spacious apartment is as described: Well equipped and versatile when it comes to sleeping possibilities. It is relatively nearby to the train station and shuttle stop to Ciampino Airport. Overall it is a cost-conscious possibility when you want to visit Rome.

Marco was a great host and very easy to work with. He was very professional and had everything in order. We stayed here for one night before flying out of Ciampino airport. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, air conditioned, and very comfortable. The bus to Ciampino Airport is a pretty easy 10 minute walk. This was a great and comfortable stop on our tour. I can see why Marco is a Superhost!

Marco's place was ideal for us. It is very well located in a quiet area close to the Ciampino airport. Marco picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and he was very much on time. The place has a large hallway, 2 bedrooms that are nicely setup, a large living room, a bathroom and a great kitchen. Everything was super clean, new and comfortable. There are some good restaurants around this house too, and the area is not expensive. Highly recommend!

My name is Marco , I'm 34 years old. I worked for a year in a project aimed to the integration of non-disabled persons and persons with physical or mental disabilities at a water sports center in Castel Gandolfo. Sometime during the summer I worked as assistant for large groups of teenager on holiday in Barcelona. So far my experience with Airbnb has been wonderful because I was able to use what I know in my neighborhood :The airport where I worked for a short time , the archaeological sites just a few minutes from my house and many other things .. I hope that this experience will continue for the better ..
