The space
Outside area with swimming pool, meals area and a garden to enjoy. The inside of the villa is spacious, with a lot of light and peaceful.

Other things to note
The villa has a beautiful elevated view over the ocean, while at the same time being very close to the beach. The pathway from the beach/main road to the villa is reasonably steep and is not adequate for people with reduced mobility, wheelchairs or strollers.

The house does not have dedicated on-site parking. There is a free public parking about 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Additional guests are most welcome, according to the booking details. Additional guests will be charged the whole stay period of the main guest, even if staying for shorter period, as their stay is already having reduced price.

Please note that from 1 September 2024, a municipal tourist fee of 2 euros per person / night, up to maximum of 7 nights, is applicable to be paid separately on arrival.

Touristic area very pleasant an calm, safe, plenty of sunshine, green, with typical pathways that go around the banana and other fruits trees, where you can see water gently falling from the mountain and also hear the sea waves. There is a banana museum, restaurants with local and international cuisine, all just some short minutes walking.
