Two completely renovated Bungalows on over an acre of land separated by a small creek. Enjoy coffee on one of the front porches, an evening sitting around the fire pit or soaking in one of the hot tubs. The Bungalows are a short walk to downtown Nashville's shops and restaurants. They are also less than a mile from the new Brown County Music Center as well as 1.5 miles from Brown County State Park.

The space
BLUEBIRD:
The kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware and utensils you will need. Have a meal at the kitchen bar or dining table. The living room has a comfortable couch with a Roku TV over the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, access to the deck, and a lofted space with a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and additional lofted space with a twin size bed. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower with a luxurious backlit vanity mirror over the sink.

Outside there is a spacious deck with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Off of the deck is a fire pit with wood included. The front porch overlooks the beautiful creek with a tree swing nearby.

BULLFROG:
The kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware and utensils you will need. Have a meal at the kitchen island or dining table. The living room has a comfortable couch with a Roku TV over the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a Roku TV. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower with a luxurious backlit vanity mirror over the sink.

Outside there is a spacious deck with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Off of the deck is a fire pit with wood included. Don't forget to relax on the front porch or feel like a kid again on the nearby tree swing.

Come to The Bungalows and enjoy all that Nashville has to offer while not giving up any of things your life can't do without.
