The space
Spacious Middledean Farmhouse offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, ideal for families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. It has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Be engrossed with the beauty of Exmoor, one of the most untouched National Parks in the country.
On the inside: Featuring 5 spacious and unique bedrooms each complete with Smart TV and four gorgeous en suites, offering a restful and private retreat for up to 11 guests and the family dogs. With the 5th bedroom being a bunk room adjoining another room – perfect for younger guests or families. With superfast WIFI throughout, the house boasts a modern central heating system including underfloor heating, ensuring a warm and cozy environment throughout. The heart of the farmhouse is a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen dining area with authentic refectory table, ideal for gathering and sharing meals. The cozy living area is complete with a wood-burning stove and TV for a warm and inviting space to relax in after a day of exploring. Young and old alike can sink into the welcoming sofa in the snug whilst enjoying a film on the smart tv or playing a game. The utility room is equipped with laundry facilities, including a washing machine and features an additional WC for added comfort during your stay.
On the outside: Set within a gated boundary and with ample private, off-road parking for the whole group, it is ideal for letting the dogs free in the large, enclosed garden whilst you enjoy a sunny day in the garden. There is plenty of space for outdoor dining, relaxation, and play all whilst you top-up your EV on the dedicated charging station. Fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal, relax on the rattan furniture or unwind in the hot tub under the stars—perfect for stargazing and taking in the beautiful visibility of the universe in this designated dark Sky Reserve.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the spacious garden, hot tub, and all indoor areas. The farmhouse is entirely private, ensuring you can enjoy your stay with complete freedom and comfort.
For added convenience, you'll also find ample private off-road parking onsite, available at the property within a gated setting. We want you to feel at home and make the most of your time in this tranquil and beautiful setting.
Other things to note
Bikes: We provide a selection bikes for guests to use free of charge—perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Exmoor National Park. We recommend bringing your own helmets.
Telescope: A free telescope is available for stargazing, allowing you to enjoy the breath-taking night skies in this Dark Sky Reserve.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for use until 2300hrs to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.
Linens and Towels: All bed linens and towels are provided, so you don’t need to worry about packing extra. If you visit for longer than 7 days, we will offer to refresh these for you.
EV Charger: An electric vehicle charger is available at the property, subject to an additional fee.
