This is a suite for one or two people ( there are 2 wardrobes) , with private bathroom and toilet + Private washing machine. The room is also equipped with sound-proof windows.
Confortable house in Vila Madalena in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Modern Colonial style with a touch of European heritage + works of art and paintings from Tillier family trips round the world. Next to Pça Panamericana and Villa Lobos park ( exellent for bikes and jogging) and mall.
Accomodates 1 to 4 people in 2 private bedrooms and 1 suite ( 1 or 2 people).3 bathrooms and one extra toilet.
Sunny with a beautiful view over USP Campus, in residential area next to commerce and super gyms, such as Ecofit club ( night supermarket, drugstores and delicious bakeries, DIY stores, vegetarian restaurants and delivery pizzerias, lebanese and chinese food).
.House is fully furnished with double door refrigerator,washing machine, microwave. The cleaning lady comes once a week and cleans everything.
Ironing and portuguese classes on request.
You can naturally stay as long as you like ( all facilities included) but rates for longterm and students are much more interesting .

Beautiful view of the city.Superb frontyard ,or just laid back atmosphere or barbecue, under shady tropical palm trees :terrace is a part of the house that is also a bliss for ocasional smokers ( not allowed inside).

Walking distance from both church and bohemian best night area in town that includes art galleries, craftmanship boutiques,couture designers, bars and jazz clubs
Four bus lines( to go to faria lima , Barra funda bus station, praça Ramos downtown, itaim and Moema) and Metro (green takes 25mn to get to USP by tube!!
House is semi detached so one must avoid making too much noise after 22:15hs on weekdays.
Guests are requested to leave common places, such as kitchen and bathrooms as clean they found them and pick up their clothes as soon as they are dry.
Guests are requested not to leave their clothes into the washing machine after the machine stopped.
