Help yourself to browse thousands of vinyl records and listen to state of art sound system.....observe artists works in progress (and maybe get your hands dirty a bit)....indulge in your own sauna followed by hottub......build a fire and stargaze.....

The space
Private first floor walk out accessible by side entrance with steps through a perennial garden overlooking the West Bay. Queen size bed, private granite and marble bathroom with tub/shower. Private patio with grille, patio table and fire pit. Use of lounge filled with vinyl records and amazing sound system from which to choose. Complementary selection of adult beverages included.

Guest access
Guest have private access down a stepped pathway to the first floor which include a bedroom, bath, sauna, art studio and music lounge , kitchenette and private patio.

Other things to note
ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER, as complementary local wines are available free of charge. Windows abound and the sun rise is spectacular but if you like to sleep in bring a sleeping mask. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but feel free to indulge on the patio. Guests are two miles to the village of Suttons Bay with many restaurants, bars, and shops. Walkable to beach access on the West Bay, and minutes away to public beaches and close to hiking trails. We are located 18 miles north of Traverse City off of M-22.
