Created for art lovers, designers, creatives and people looking to stay somewhere quirky and unique. Part of artist’s initiative to create art-enriched stays that provide people with visual stimuli for eyes, mind and the soul.



The space
3 bedroom Victorian terrace house featuring 2 bedrooms, an office with a day bed, an open plan dinning room, a living room with a 3 seater settee, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a private back garden.

Boutique amenities and comforts include:
Original contemporary artworks, TV (Sky, Netflix, Blu-ray), WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge), espresso machine, towels and plants.

Boutique Art Concept:
The space was designed to immerse guests in contemporary art works and colours to awaken imagination and creativity. A rotating art exhibition shows a wide range of visual works by your host and internationally exhibited artist Kamila CK. Many works have been exhibited in London and internationally. This is a chance to see artist's atelier and gallery in Lincoln.

All furniture have been sourced sustainably, colours were chosen to compliment the artworks.

Please note the bathroom is located downstairs.

Kamila CK is a Polish-British visual artist with background in boutique hotels.
She holds a Master's Degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford, UK and worked with leading hospitality brands. Drawing on her passion for boutique hospitality and her profile as an international artist, she created this space as a twist on a hotel stay and a formal art gallery experience.
