Hello! Here is a perfect spot for vacation, working or studying remotely, whether alone, with friends, with family or with pets!!
Comfortable, ventilated and well located apartment, three blocks from the edge of Boa Viagem and with several conveniences nearby: supermarkets, neighborhood markets, bakeries, pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, malls and hospitals.

The space
In addition to the privileged location, the apartment is ideal for short or even long stays.
Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and 9000 btus splits.
Two bathrooms with spacious and well-lit boxes.
Well equipped kitchen, it has water filter and indispensable utensils for those who like or need to cook: knife for meat, pressure cooker, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, among others, in addition to the convenience of a microwave.
Service area with washing machine and clothesline to extend clothes, buckets and basins.

Bed and bath linens are available: 1 set of double sheets in each bed, 1 bath towel for each guest - limited to 4 people, 2 face towels. WE DO NOT provide BLANKET, DUVET or any kind of blanket.
Bathrooms have carpets and liquid soap (for hands). Service and kitchen area have floors and dishes.
Any additional needs must be previously agreed upon prior to your arrival.

The neighborhood of Boa Viagem is known for the extensive beach of the same name that has a boardwalk, bike path and several kiosks that offer everything from coconut water to varied snacks.
The shallow beach with warm waters, unfortunately, is remembered for having a high rate of shark attacks, with several warning signs along the sandy shore. If you decide to take the risk, do this at low tide, stay in the shallow areas and in places where you can see the reefs. Remember: it's at your own risk.

In my opinion, the best place to stay on the beach is in front of the Edf. Acaica building. Another place I usually stay is in front of the Ambrósio Trajano building, which is more distant. And if you like to party, Pezão's shack is the place to be. I've put all the average distances on maps, next to the property photos.

Still on beaches, at the end of the Boa Viagem waterfront is Pina beach, which has been quite successful lately. I can't comment, because I've never been there.

The neighborhood is also known for its gastronomic diversity. Residents and visitors can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from regional cuisine to international options.

Local flavors, such as acarajé and the delicious sun meat, are a must for those who want to experience the culinary culture of the Northeast. Among the options of famous establishments are “Quintal do Picuí”, “Bode do Nô Boa Viagem”, “Parraxaxa”, “Entre Amigos” and many others.

The region is also rich in night bars and hamburgers.

In fact, the street where the property is located has all these options: a restaurant, café, pub, hamburger joint and a nearby candy store, too.
