I had a great time in Barcelona. In fact, I fell in love with this wonderful city. It has everything- the weather, city, beach, attractions architecture etc. Jose was a wonderful host, he explained exactly how to get to his place and in fact it's very simple because the bus from the import stops just outside his house! No hussle with the luggage of you have any! If you're looking to visit Barcelona definitely recommend Jose as his place is very central and public transport connections are fantastic!

The location of the apartment is good, quite close to plaza Espana (about 7 minutes walk or one stop by bus), and the bus stop is right in front of the building. Aerobus from airport has a stop at plaza Espana. And you can walk to Arena and MNAC. Jose is busy but he always tried to help when needed. The double room has a double bed, a small cabinet and a wardrobe. Bed and linen is clean enough. There is no air con in room which could be a problem in summer. My stay is in September so it is OK for me. Kitchen can be better. All in all this can be a choice for budget traveler.

I've been living in Barcelona since December 2010. I studied a master's degree in Digital Fabrication and I am currently working as Product Designer

My interests include, DIY in Technology, 3dPrinters, hiking, cooking, soccer, dancing, el Camino de Santiago, yoga, running, foreign languages, and of course, world travel. I couldn't pick a favorite place in the world, there are too many wonderful things to see and experience.

I am been host from Airbnb from 2012. I have lots of experience living with people from all over the world. Previous roommates of mine have come from countries such as China, Nigeria, Kenya, Cuba, Colombia, Venezuela, Iran and Mexico.

Looking forward to meeting more travelers from all over the world!
