Olives and fruit hang heavy on the branches of trees shading this traditional Puglia estate. Crisp white walls reflect in the saltwater pool, and outdoor areas are strung with hammocks and dotted with a ping-pong table. THE ROOMS ARE ALL DOUBLE ROOMS WITH A BATHROOM, SEPARATE FROM THE COMMON AREAS, AND THEREFORE ARE MADE AVAILABLE FOR EVERY TWO PAYING GUESTS. THE DOUBLE FOR SINGLE USE HAS A SURCHARGE OF €50 PER PERSON PER DAY

Double rooms single use has an extra cost of 50€ per day each guest inside
If there are an odd number of guests, a single room use must be paid for with an extra of 50€ per day (unless there are 5 guests and the reservation is for July or August, in which case the minimum for 6 occupants is already paid).
Bedrooms not paid for because there are no staying guests will remain closed, as they are independent buildings. Naturally the rest of the villa will be at the exclusive disposal of guests
If guests want to use the trullo with jacuzzi but sleep in another room, they have to pay the trullo with jacuzzi as if it were a double room for single use, 100€ per day
In high season, from July 1st to August 20th, the house must have at least 6 paying guests. If the occupants are less, 6 guests must still be paid because the villa is entirely for exclusive use.
Other things to note
Both Trulli (Alcova and Baldacchino) are in communication with the living kitchen room through the external patio, like typical Apulian rural homes.
The Alcova trullo (ph. bedroom 1 - bathroom 4) does not have a door between the bathroom and the sleeping area, like secular trulli.
The electric charging column for cars is subject to a fee (30€/day)
The villa does not have national water, it has a 15 thousand liter tank. At checkin the tank is always full. There is a reserve red light in the kitchen. If another load of water needs to be done during the stay, it costs 50€
High chair and Cot cost 10€ per day each one
If there are more than 4 occupants, the final cleaning must be paid in full, even for short stays.
Volleyball court is open from 1st June to 30th September
