Description

The space

No need to worry about keys! Keys are a yucky hassle, especially when you are on vacation. Shortly prior to your arrival, I will message you your unique door code that you can share with everyone in your group.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house and yard with the exception of the garage, mudroom, storage closet off of the master bedroom, storage closet in the basement. During the summer months, you can access the community pool in front of the house, however, there is a visitor fee ($7-8) due at the gate, bring a towel from the house none are provided at the pool.

Interaction with guests

In general, we will be out of town during your stay. I am always happy to lend a hand via text, so let me know if you need anything!

The neighbourhood

Stapleton is known for its central location with easy access to DIA and Downtown Denver. Stapleton is not a typical suburb! Amazing for families, yet filled with fun urban amenities, proximity to parks, recreation centers, nature trails, shops, restaurants... you name it!

Getting around

There are 2 light rail stops which are about a 7 min drive from the property:

Central Park Station, 8200 Smith Road, Denver, CO 80207
Peoria Station, Smith Road, Denver, CO 80239

We can accommodate a variety of sleeping needs to suit your group. This is how it's currently set up. Please contact me if you need more beds or a different configuration.
