Please read the following rules and instructions carefully and book after understanding the content enough. We regard you understand everything and follow all the rules once you made the reservation with us.
Please use the lock box located the bottom floor in Hawaiian Monarch to check in.
You need to bring the keys to the security office located in the bottom floor to register. We will send the detail after you made reservation with us.
Otherwise, your card key cannot be used. When you use the elevator, the swimming pool located in 6th floor and the laundry locates in 5th floor, you need to use the card key.
Even when the security office closes, you may find the security personal somewhere in the condo. Please find them and register before you enter the unit. You may find the phone number for the security below.
To use the gym located next to the security office, you need to register your card key with $5 fee. The gym opens 24 hour a day, but other facility has specific operating hours. You should follow all the condo rules.
When you check out, please leave the key in the lock box.
If you do not check out in time, we will charge the late fee.
Only two card keys are given. Please return 2 keys.
If you lose the key, we charge the fee to you.
Lock box location and number will be give before you check in through the Aribnb message.

* Security or Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. might come inside unit without any notice to take care of emergency matters.
* When you have any problem, call the security in Hawaiian Monarch (phone number hidden).
The security office locates in the bottom floor. The security works 24 hours, so call or find the security even when the office closes.
* If you call us, we might charge the fee for that.
* For the parking, please ask the parking stuff. The Hawaiian Monarch Condo and we are not responsible for the availability.
* Lei Hawaii Realty and the owner are not responsible for any accidents and incidents happened in the unit or in the building. Please do not throw anything from the window. It is your responsibility if you cause any damages to others in and outside the building.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service as it is privately managed. Upon checkout please clean and dry your dishes and take your trash out to the trash room in the hallway.
LINENS & LAUNDRY: We strive to provide plush linens and towels that are clean and white with no stains. Please don't use our towels to remove your make-up. A replacement fee will be charged for stained towels (e.g. hair dyes, bleaches, make up, dirt, or greasy burnt saucepans).
FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum.
SMOKING: No smoking. No drugs.
PETS: No pets allowed in or on the property.
BIKES: The building rules does not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.
LOST KEY: Please leave all keys on counter in unit at checkout. $200 will be deducted from your security deposit for each lost key. Please call to arrange a time to give you a new key.
TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are included as part of your reservation cost.
RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
Insurance/personal Injury: Please have insurance on your own responsibility. We shall not be liable for any physical accident, injury or illness sustained during your rental period, regardless of how it may occur.
Lost or Stolen Property: We shall not be liable for any and all lost or stolen personal property in and around our rental property. Please contact local police.
Unforeseen events: We shall not be liable for or pay for any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by the supplier could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid.
