Where you’ll be

La Paz is a quiet, pleasant and residential area with beautiful developments and villas but it also has a range of restaurants and services that you can walk to. The location is very good both for getting around El Puerto de La Cruz and for access to the highway.

It has a viewpoint, very close to the apartment, called Mirador de La Paz, which you won't need to go to because the apartment itself is a viewpoint.

Walking time:

- Palmelita: 7 minutes.
- Tu Trébol Supermarket: 11 minutes (La Cúpula Shopping Center)
- Mercadona (Martiánez Mall): 19 minutes
- Botanical Garden: 11 minutes. A charming Botanical Garden with multiple plant species. It's a pleasure to go and read a book.
- Restaurants: 10-15 minutes' walk. Italian, Indian, Austrian, burgers, and others.
- Lago Martiánez (lake): 26 minutes
- Plaza del Charco: 30 minutes

There are several pleasant walks down to the center of Puerto De la Cruz. If you feel like walking around and are tired on the way back, you can take a taxi for €5 or €6 to the house:

- Leaving the apartment, on the right, go straight on, and you'll reach a park with magnificent views of the El Rincón area, Bollulo beach, and the cliffs. You have to cross the road through an underground tunnel and go down to the port by the sea.

- Exit the urban complex on the left, cross the entire Leopoldo Cólogan Zulueta street and go down the Agatha Christie stairs until you reach the Martiánez Shopping Center, which is 5 minutes away from Lago Martiánez.
