Nestled in the quaint Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia, my apartment offers the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to partake in the World Meeting of Families with the convenience of being within walking distance of major Philadelphia attractions, including Benjamin Franklin Parkway where Pope Francis will host the Festival of Families and give mass to the public on September 26th and 27th.
My lovely apartment features a large cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with shower and his-and-hers sinks, living room with cable TV and Netflix, and a fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances and cookware. Continental breakfast will be provided, including coffee, eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast, and bagels. There is a washer and dryer, central air/heat, and hardwood floors throughout the apartment. The apartment sits within a gated apartment complex and is very safe. If interested, I can provide two bikes that you might use to easily navigate the city and avoid long traffic delays.
All areas available to guests are located on the second floor of my apartment.
Interaction with guests
I will be available upon your arrival and departure. I will be leaving the city for the weekend in order to make my space available to travelers hoping to partake in this international event without the hassle of having to drive or use public transportation to enter the city.
There is no smoking in the apartment; if you wish to smoke you can do so on our outdoor patio. My roommate's bedroom is located on the first floor and while he may be out of town for the weekend, we ask that guests do not enter the downstairs bedroom. The closet in the bedroom is also off limits to guests as it contains my personal belongings. You are welcome to any food or beverages in the kitchen, as well as any of the books or movies located throughout the apartment.
