Entire house, hot tub and property

Other things to note
There is a public access road over the train tracks. You will hear the horn and vibration of the train from the Amtrak train that runs several times a day and a freight train that runs once in awhile. We have grown to love this feature of the house. It can be both mesmerizing and soothing. There is a fence protecting the train tracks but can be easily accessed a short walk away at the train crossing light. Please be aware if you have small children and pets.
