At the corner of Smith and Willow, tucked between bushland and open paddocks you’ll find our shearing shed with shearer’s quarters.
Set in shady gardens, the shearing shed is spacious, with open fireplace, couches and timber dining table for alfresco experience. This unique old shed has a mix of original features and modern rustic styling. Keep in mind, the shed moves due to weather and age. Creaky floorboards and quirky angles are the bits we embrace, with ongoing loving to share it with you.

The space
The shearing shed features a shearers quarters which has 2 bedrooms, open kitchen and lounge. Rustic, clean and comfortable with aircon and wood fire.
5 guests can be accommodated, with 3 single beds and a queen bed. 1 bathroom features shower over bath.

Shearing shed and shearers quarters are included. Gardens around the shearing shed can also be enjoyed.
Lots of dirt bush roads are at the doorstep for miles of bike riding, country walks. and drives.

Other things to note
The shearing shed is approximately 60 years old. It moves with weather, aging timber, the odd critter or two. The flooring is an eclectic mix so heights vary, doors move and angles of roof change with time. Keeping the rustic qualities is key, with touch ups along the way to keep the shed and quarters accessible. If country style in the bush is your thing, then this is the BnB for you.

We have lived on and loved our bushland property since 2009. Our authentic shearing shed was home for several years until we built our new home on the property.
