Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Discover total peace and solitude in this newly built lodge on a 250 acre organic farm. The hot tub is wood fired and filled with fresh well water.

It's perfect for a secluded, romantic getaway at any time of year. It's also family friendly. You have access to the whole farm.

You can hear the rushing mountain stream behind the cabin. Children and pets love to paddle in the streams on the farm.

It's on it's own in a meadow - accessed by a stone track with mountain views in all directions

The space
The lodge has a quirky, industrial look from the outside and luxurious comfort on the inside. It's located in nature in complete solitude with stunning mountain views and a small river behind. (The river is accessed through a wicket gate).

It's an open plan cabin, with the kitchen, bed and living area in one room. It also has a spacious bathroom (with shower not bath). There is a large double bed and the ability to make 2 comfortable singles.

There is a wood burning stove and a wood burning hot tub. The water comes from a well on the farm. We provide an initial supply of wood and then there is a charge for extra wood (£10 for 2 bags).

The farm is 250 acres of registered organic land and guests are able to use the whole farm. The views are stunning in all directions. Part of the farm is a hill so there is a steep climb to the top.

There are some environmental schemes happening on the farm including a large tree planting project.

Guest access
Guests can access the whole space and are free to use the whole farm. We recommend 3 different walking routes on the farm - one ends up with a great paddling spot in the stream.

Other things to note
The beach is about 40 minutes away and we are just South of Snowdonia National park. Cader Idris is about 30 minutes away.

The Source of the Severn walk is also a great walk nearby and is good for families with small children or people with low mobility.

There are lots of other activities in the area - we send out some suggestions before guests arrive.
