This private, fully separated suite is bright, airy and fully furnished, with vaulted 18-foot ceilings and skylights. It is a perfect relaxing home base for exploring amazing Vancouver.
The open plan living area has two comfortable sofas. A gas fireplace adds warmth and a cozy feel when there is a nip in the air. Faux hardwood floors throughout cover radiant in-floor heating. A book-lined library/study offers a meditative space; the books will allow themselves to be read by guests but insist on a respectful relationship.
There is a full kitchen and adjoining patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the implements needed to prepare and serve meals at home. A full range of amenities include generous granite countertop space, stove/oven with electric cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, slow-cooker and an espresso machine for a delicious morning buzz!
The separate, air-conditioned bedroom has a comfortable queen sized loft bed with good quality pillows and bedding. There's plenty of room for your clothing as the room contains a closet and dresser.
You have your own spacious high-ceiling floor-heated bathroom with skylight, tub and shower. In the entry hall you'll find a front-loading washing machine and a clothes dryer.
Guests have access to all upstairs areas.
You are welcome to enjoy the patio and BBQ.

Other things to note
The neighbourhood is a quiet one. The townhouse would be most appropriate for couples and singles, but is not suitable for children.
We are a strictly non-smoking property, inside and out.
