New and beautiful Studio apartment located in the commercial center of Foz. The building has just opened and is a few meters from the Friendship Bridge, being a great option for those who come to visit Foz and shop in Paraguay. Close to supermarkets, gas station, convenience stores, ATM, bus terminal, pharmacies, snack bars and the main stores of Vila Portes.

The space
We provide some basic items for you (bed and bath linens, hand soap, toilet paper, and mineral water). However, it is important to note that we do not replenish these products initially provided. In addition, we do not perform room or cleaning services within your accommodation. Replenishments and services can be provided through contracting and prepayment.

Bed arrangements: If two people are not sharing the double bed, please let us know at the time of booking or up to 48 hours before the date of entry to the property, so that we can prepare the other beds with the appropriate bedding.
