Located in a wonderfully unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate, this apartment offers every possible comfort for your stay. We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within 30 thousand square meters of the prize winning tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina PUERTO BANUS in Marbella.

Our gardens have 3 swimming pools with integral children's' pools, life guard attendance, fountains, lily ponds and streams. The gardens host an open air restaurant and cafe exclusively for residents.

This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with two security gates - one leads on to the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. The other security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the board-walk.
The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The board-walk is accessible from our garden gates which make the beach and Marina PUERTO BANUS so easy to navigate.

The 24 hours concierge / reception facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience plus an underground parking space is provided with elevator access. The complex enjoys a most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, a multitude of dance & exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam , massages (reasonable entrance fee payable directly to club).

You will also find on site a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

PUERTO BANUS is the most loved resort in Spain enjoying a sunny micro climate protected by the magnificent Sierra Blanca Mountain range. Apart from the world famous marina, displaying multi-million pound yachts, it has wonderful sandy beaches, restaurants, beauty salons, cinemas, art galleries, designer boutiques, department stores, post office, bakery, English & other nationality newspaper shop, pharmacy, medical services, alfresco cafes, plenty of night-life, bars, banks, casino, bridge clubs, all water sports, bowling alley, horseback riding, bowling green, tennis and golf clubs, play grounds, water parks, crocodile farm, dolphin excursions, tours to the mountain villages, Gibraltar and across the waters into Morocco.

Car is not necessary: You definitely do not need a car when holidaying in one of our apartments as everything you need is immediately accessible or just a few minutes' walk. However, we do include a designated car space inside the building accessible by elevator from the apartment, should you require it and at no extra charge.

Malaga or Gibraltar airports are 35 minutes drive. Information on airport collection and car hire is available.

Apartment details: The lounge balcony and the master bedroom have stunning views of the prize winning tropical gardens, the three swimming pools and a partial SEA VIEW. This apartment has two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk in shower.
The contemporary lounge and dining areas are luxuriously appointed with high quality furnishings, ornate glass and iron dining table, flat screen Satellite TV with UK, SKY, Irish and other European Channels plus DVD player.

The apartment is centrally air conditioned for heating and cooling throughout.

Enormous master bedroom with Juliet balcony, tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, a luxury quality super king size bed and a ‘Habitat’ sofa plus fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is all marble, walk in shower, WC, bidet, vanity unit.

Contemporary guest bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Guest bathroom is en-suite all marble, with full bath tub/shower, bidet, WC and vanity unit.

New modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, washing machine and separate dryer, electric kettle & toaster, coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery, utensils, glassware, etc are provided including pans and oven dishes. There is a convenient serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining area. Steam iron & ironing board plus two hair dryers are provided.

Dine alfresco for breakfast, lunch or dinner as the balcony has a smart rattan dining table (reclining rattan chairs for sunbathing) with views of the swimming pools, the park like tropical gardens and partial sea view. Sun awnings are fitted.

WiFi Upgraded to fibre optics, speed up to 50MB and unlimited download available on request.

Additional cleaning is available upon request.

Activities: We provide an up to date folder in the apartment, giving lots of information about the local areas of interest, leaflets on tours and activities, restaurant and take away menus, emergency service contact details etc. Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market located at the bullring in PUERTO BANUS. This market is the largest open market on the Costa Del Sol.

Andalucia Region: There are eight Andalusian provinces, a journey around the lands of Almería, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Huelva, Jaén and Seville. Each so close, and yet each so different...Hidden throughout the length and breadth of the rich geography of Andalusia’s eight provinces are lovely cities which deserve a privileged position for their beauty, their priceless architectural heritage, or simply for their traditions.

Daily tours are available from here to all these provinces plus Gibraltar and Morocco.

If you are a golfer, this is Costa Del Golf - Golf experience holidays. Within the length of this coast, there are over fifty spectacular golf courses offering international standards and designs. The golf clubs are available for anyone to play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions - daily entrance fees apply for about 40 Euro for 18 holes.

The area boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe including, but not limited to the Valderama course which hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup and the American Express Match Play Championships. In Puerto Banus you are located in the centre of the Golfing environment where there are 5 world renowned Golf Courses.

Centrally; Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta, Los Naranjos and Dame de Notche for night golf and there are many other courses to the East and to the West within half an hour's drive in either direction.

West of Puerto Banus: Sotogrande, Duquesa, Estepona, Flamengos Golf & Resort, Monte Mayor, El Paraiso
Club Del Golf El Coto is 9 holes, Atalaya Golf and Country Club, Guadalmina Club Del Golf is 45 holes.

East of Puerto Banus: Marbella Golf and Country Club, Santa Maria, La Cala Resort, Miraflores, Cabopino with wonderful views, Torrequabrada, Mijas Golf is a busy course, La Noria is flat 9 holes.

Our apartment is in an exclusive beach front development with tropical gardens. It is a gated private development with 24/7 security and concierge service.
This is a wonderful location to spend a quiet or an active holiday by day or by night. All is available within a short walking distance. You can be having a drink by the beach or dining in international restaurants in the mountains within a 20 minute drive.
Our apartment is located within walking distance for all your needs and amenities. Car is not required here although we have allocated a parking space for your use in our underground garage in the building.
Cot and high chair are available on request and will be included in the price.

Apartment to be left in a clean and tidy condition with bagged rubbish placed in the garbage area next to the elevator.
The housekeepers will strip the beds and clean the apartment after departure.
Cleaning and change of sheets and towels is included in the price on arrival and departure.
For reservations longer than two weeks, the change of sheets and towels is included weekly. Optional extra cleaning is available if required on an hourly basis payable locally to the housekeeper.

There are instructions in the apartment for the use of the Satellite TV, the air-conditioning system plus all the other equipment in the apartment.

We had a lovely holiday at this luxury apartment in Playas del Duque. The location was perfect, as we were only 5 minutes walk from all of the amenities in Puerto Banus, and even closer to the beach, which would be easily accessed through the garden gate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including two en-suite bathrooms and WiFi (both of which are of real benefit to a family with teenagers!). The gardens are beautiful, with plenty of sunny and shaded areas to sit, and very tranquil after the heat of the beach or walking around the marina. Angela popped round to see us while we were there, and it was lovely to know that she takes such an interest in her guests. We would recommend hiring bikes on the beach and cycling along the coast towards Marbella - a lovely experience. Thanks for hosting us Angela & Niall!

The apartament is great, very spacious and spotless clean. Big balcony overlooking compound's gardens was perfect for sunny morning breakfasts or evening glass of wine. Location is what gives this place a real value, in the middle of everything yet quiet and relaxing. Easy starting point for long walks or inland car trips to discover beautiful Andalusia. Angela is a great host, she gave us detailed information and instructions on how to get there by car, self checking and use all the appliances so we didn't have to ask anyone for help. Once quite a funny situation with the smoke detector happened she responded immediately. Thank you, Angela we had a fantastic vacation, I wish we could stay longer!

My husband and I own and manage our holiday rental properties in the UK and Spain. We are Irish Nationals living in Spain for the last 30 years.
We love being in Puerto Banus as it offers one of the best climates in the world beside everything else that we could wish for.
The walk along the beach to the Marina which is home for some of the most luxurious yachts, boutiques and restaurants is pleasurable past time.
We often stop for a bite or a drink in the Port.
The Spanish people are very welcoming, warm and friendly.
A special day for us is to visit Malaga and enjoy meandering through the busy streets and to visit some museums.
We are members of the on-site SPA which we use daily.
Over 50% of our reservations are returning international guests with whom we have forged many wonderful friendships over the years.
