The neighborhood are local people who go about their daily lives. The atmosphere around the house does make one taste the local way of life regardless of the tourists in the high season.

2 minutes away one finds great places to eat such as Armonia, Vila Sijavoga, Hotel Conte, Konoba Otok Bronza etc.
There is a grocery shop around the corner from the house, about 30 m away and another grocery shop about 5 minute walk from the house providing vegetables, cheeses, cold meats, beverages, ice creams, fruits, frozen veggies and fruits etc.
There is a place selling fresh vegetables and fruits and delicious hand made ice creams only 2 minute walk from the house.
Also, a number of good eateries/restaurants serving fish, pasta, traditional grilled meats, pizzas and much more only 10 minutes away if one were to consider the most distant one from the house.
