This is a private and separate loft space in my home. Access is to the private unit with a private front porch and a community area shared back yard with BBQ.
Interaction with guests
We live upstairs, are here to greet you and make sure you have everything you need upon arrival and during your stay. When you get here, we will provide you with our "secret" local "Best of Santa Monica" list, that even many of the hotel concierges don't know to share (because they don't actually live here as we do!). We take pride in and get consistent great feedback on our local "Best Of" tips from past guests and look forward to sharing them with you!

This is a safe and vibrant multi-family residential neighborhood. We have dogs upstairs - they are friendly and well trained and love our guests! Our neighbors know us and we know them. They enjoy meeting our guests and welcome the fact that we operate "above board" with a city license and that we have been fortunate to have had wonderful guests in the past.
