Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Nestled beneath the rolling South Downs in the middle of the South Downs National Park. Parts of the property date back to the early 15th century.

Walking distance from the South Downs Way, on Mouse Lane which is a famously beautiful lane that runs from the market town of Steyning to Wiston House.

A perfect springing point for walkers and cyclists. A short walk from the picturesque historic town of Steyning which has independently run shops, cafes and pubs.

The owners also live on the grounds in the adjacent property. They do have a lovely labrador called Tigger who may comes say hi on arrival.

Flint Cottage is located on the grounds of Charlton Court Farm. A historic courthouse dating back to the 15th century.

A short walking distance from the South Downs Way and positioned on Mouse Lane which is a famously beautiful lane that runs from the market town of Steyning to Wiston House (the home of Wilton Park). Indeed, the Wiston Estate surrounds it on all sides.

This makes Flint Cottage a perfect springing point for walkers and cyclists exploring the South Downs. It's also a short walk from the picturesque historic town of Steyning which has independently run shops, cafes and pubs. There are medieval houses, a Norman church and an lovely museum.
