This beautiful renovated space is comfortable, light & bright with high ceilings, big windows, new bathroom, new kitchen with granite, stainless appliances & fireplace.

The apartment is located downtown in the Little Italy area. It’s a 2nd-floor walk-up (no elevator) above a high-end Italian restaurant in a historic building near St Joseph's Hospital & Rt 81.
Centrally located 5 minutes from SUNY Upstate, SU, Handcock, Armory Sq & Destiny.

Free washer/dryer & free parking in private lot.

The space
The apartment is a 2-floor unit that has been completely renovated with all new wood floors, new kitchen new bathroom, etc.

It has a great open floor plan and the kitchen flows into the dining room and living room.

There is a large full kitchen, with new granite countertops, stainless steel dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator.

There is a lovely living / dining area with comfortable leather furniture, a large HD 4K tv, marble topped tables, fireplace with convenient electric insert, and a large dining table.

The 1st bedroom is off the kitchen area. It has a large king sized bed and walk in closet that is great for storage.

The 2nd bedroom is off the living room and has a full size bed and desk/office area. There is a walk in closet with plenty of storage.

The bathroom is located off the dining/ living room area. It is spacious with a shower/ tub with crisp white tile. The vanity is well lite and has storage underneath.

The washer/dryer is located in a room off the common entrance hallway. It is clean with modern machines. You can feel free to use it 24 hours a day and is shared with one other apartment.

The parking is located next door in a small private lot. Your apartment has a designated spot but you can feel free to park anywhere in the lot. There are also a couple of other parking lots located on the block that you can use. Multiple cars are fine.

It is convenient to many restaurants, cafes, etc. It is located near a major hospital (St. Joseph's hospital) and Rt 81. Only 5 minutes away from SUNY Upstate, Syracuse University, Destiny Mall, Armory Square by car or a city bus stop on the block provides public transportation. Please note that this neighborhood is a city neighborhood with all the pros and cons that come with urban living.
