Apartment #4 is a cozy space perfect for families or couples looking to relax. Located on the ground floor, it features:

The space
The private complex has 2 houses and 4 apartments, giving you the opportunity to meet other guests and my family, as we live just a few meters away.

Exclusive access to the community, private parking for 1 car 🚗, and direct access to the beach. From the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony, you can enjoy the spectacular ocean view 🌊 and beautiful sunsets 🌅.

Additionally, in the outdoor area, you'll find a fire pit to make your nights even more special.

In the common areas, there are 2 decks where you can relax and enjoy the view and sunsets suspended above the cliff. There are also children's play areas 👧🧒, which can be enjoyed by kids under adult supervision and at their own responsibility.

⚠️ It's important to note that the large fire pit is exclusive to Casa Sirena.

This 2025 our beach is mostly rocky but when the tide is low you can walk across to Campo Alfonso where there is a large part of sand 🏖️. . Every day, the low or high tide schedule changes. When the tide is high, the waves reach the edge of the cliff 🌊

Just a few steps from the main entrance of the complex, you'll find the new Calimax supermarket 🛒, where you can stock up on everything you need for your stay. Additionally, you'll be less than 5 minutes by car 🚗 from excellent restaurants, without dealing with downtown traffic. Some must-try options include Tapanco, Maple, Pasta y Basta, and Akashi Sushi 🍣. If you're looking for a unique dining experience, you can't miss Puerto Nuevo 🦞, famous for its delicious lobster, just 15 minutes away by car 🚗.

🔊 Noise:
Due to the industrial nature of the complex, you might hear some metallic sounds when walking 👣 or when opening and closing doors 🚪. Although the walls are insulated, steel tends to transmit vibrations more easily ⚡. To ensure a peaceful stay, we ask all guests to avoid sudden movements after 9:00 p.m. 🕘. If you're staying on the ground floor, you may hear sounds coming from the upper floor when there are guests staying.
