Two story house, the room is upstairs with the bathroom in the same hallway as the bedroom, so you can get to the bedroom from the bathroom without being seen. It's a queen memory foam bed, with a closet, dresser and night stand. My bedroom is downstairs and on the opposite side of the house, so you will have some privacy.
I have a dart board, a foosball table, a swimming pool, tons of board games, big screen TV, xbox one, xbox 360 and amazon TV. I have a loving dog, Kodi, and two kitties, Pinky and Taz. Taz is a Bengal.
I do have a second room upstairs as well. If someone would like to rent both rooms they can. The 2nd bedroom can only be booked by the same group that is renting the first bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is also upstairs, but you will have to walk through an open loft to get to the bathroom. It's essentially at the opposite end of the hallway from the first bedroom - so there is privacy between the rooms as well. If you’d like to rent both bedrooms at the same time please let me know so I can adjust the price. The price for the both bedrooms and up to 4 people is $60 a night and the cleaning fee is $25. The 2nd bedroom has a half circle window that doesn't have a shade in it, so it will be brighter at night in that room. The 2nd bedroom has under the bed storage and closet space for hanging.
Upstairs, kitchen, living room, swimming pool, game room. Essentially, anywhere but the master bedroom.
Interaction with guests
It can range from a little to lot, whatever you are comfortable with.
Other things to note
Close to UCF, so would be a great place for parent's to stay when visiting your kids. Or during UCF Orientation or on a Campus Tour.
No smoking inside. You can smoke on the back patio or out front. But please take care of your butts / ashes. If smoking something other than a cigerette please do it out back.
Park either on the street or on the left hand side of the driveway. I park in the garage on the right hand side, so I need to be able to get out.
On weeknights just don't be too loud after 10:30-11 as I have to wake up early in the morning. Otherwise, I'm sure we can work out noise levels.
I have a keyless setup. I use an electronic keypad, that I will program you a code for and let you know when you arrive or text it to you if I won't be there when you are arriving.
I typically do allow for house guests just please ask before having others over.
Please keep the bedroom door shut any time you are not in the room. And if you don't want a cat in the room you should always keep the bedroom door shut. =)
Check-in / Check-out times:
I'm typically very flexible on these times, especially on weekdays or when I have a couple days before another guest is checking in. Example: I have allowed people to stay up until 6 PM on check out days. I have allowed someone to check in at 3:30 AM! Usually, I will ask you what times you are thinking for both check in and out when we chat before accepting the booking.
