Charming 85 m2 stone cottage located in a peaceful hamlet, a stone's throw from the forest and hiking trails, 800 m from the village center and 3 km from the shops of Crolles. Wi-Fi and private parking, two bedrooms, living room and office as well as a garden and pool (shared). Quiet, relaxation and comfort assured!

The space
The cottage is composed of several spaces:

- upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet.
- on the ground floor: living room with kitchen and a bedroom with a sofa bed and desk.


Not suitable for toddlers and people with reduced mobility (staircase partially without railing, low windows, pool without fence).

The pool (5 m diameter, 1.2 m deep) and the garden will be shared with the main house but I will do my best not to disturb you.
Parking included for one car.
