The house is a semidetached 1930s house in a lovely quiet street in Bradford on Avon.
The house has off street parking for 1 car and there is plenty of parking along the street as well.
The front garden has veggies and herbs, which you can help yourself to during your stay. The back garden is great for entertaining - weather permitting. A BBQ is available on request. There is a trampoline for entertaining little ones and a large garden to play. There are chickens which you do not need to look after, but you can collect and eat the eggs.
Downstairs - there is a lovely kitchen/diner/ with space to lounge and relax. In addition there is a separate lounge room with a working fireplace. Wood provided.
There is a small utility room with a washing room if you need to get some washing done. There is also under stair storage for shoes and coats.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds set up. The last has a single bed set up but is incredibly large, so an additional double or single mattress can be put in this room if it is required for your group. It is possible to accommodate beyond 6 if required please ask.
The entire home, however some personal possessions will remain n the home - mainly clothes in the bedrooms, toys in children's bedroom.

Other things to note
This is my home and is let only at certain times of the year, so there are some kids arts/ crafts in the corner of kitchen that children are welcome to use . And one bedroom has a lot of stuffed toys in it. This bedroom is very large and a double mattress can go in this room if needed, or a single one .
Fire should be out by bedtime in the lounge from a safety perspective. Fire Screen used at all times
no eating or drinking wine in the lounge (to protect sofa and carpets). Sofa is available in the kitchen for lounging and drinking red wine!

I am an Australian living in Bradford on Avon just outside Bath, since 2007. I love country walks, farm shops, healthy eating and yoga. I am a big fan of Bradford on Avon and Bath. I have a 6 year old daughter and I live locally.
