This deluxe 3 Bedroom, 3 bedroom lake front vacation rental condo is located inside the gates of Lake Mirage Racquet Club in Rancho Mirage.

The space

The three bedroom and three bath condo with almost 2000 square feet of space has awesome West facing views of the San Jacinto Mountain from the living room, master bedroom and patio. Sit on the west-facing patio, where you can enjoy the quiet beauty of the lake, watch the swans and ducks, and the boats passing by; look at the majestic mountains, while enjoying a glass of wine.

Lake Mirage Racquet Club includes unlimited use of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities: 25 acres of open lake for sailing and rowing, jogging and bicycling path, 11 championship tennis courts, 3 hole pitch and putt golf course, 11 swimming pools and spas, 3 racquetball courts, gym, separate locker rooms for men and women.

The full kitchen, complete with all cooking utensils and tools (including electric coffee pot, blenders, etc.) lends itself to preparing sumptuous meals. Large stainless steel refrigerator, stainless range and gas stove, granite counter tops, sun atrium room and tile floors make this kitchen prefect for the chef in the family. There is a dining area with large table and chairs seats six. Living room area has a wet bar, fireplace, wall mounted 43 inch flat screen TV, DVD and plenty of space to relax and lounge.

Master Bedroom features a queen beds, TV with DVD, walk in closet, private bathroom with jetted tub, large vanity with double basins and views of the lake. Guest Bedroom #1 features 1 queen bed and bathroom. Guest Bedroom #2 features 2 twin beds bunk beds and bath.

The patio area, just off living room and Master bedroom has incredible Mountain/Lake views with BBQ and paddle boat.

Laundry room is located inside the home with access to the 2 car garage. Garage is 2 car with direct access to the home.

Lake Mirage is superbly located, only 3 1/2 miles from shopping on upscale El Paseo and 2 miles to The River, which has a multi-screen cinema, great restaurants, such as The Cheesecake Factory, Fleming's Steakhouse, The Yard House, and P.F. Chang's; Borders Bookstore and art galleries. Westfield Mall, which is anchored by Macy's, is about 3 miles from Lake Mirage. Lake Mirage is only about a mile from Eisenhower Hospital. The Albertson shopping center and Bristol Farms are within easy walking distance.

You agree to maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to McLean Company Rentals from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT during the winter months may be added for an additional fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool. (This is for home rentals only)

ALL HOME RESERVATIONS for greater than twenty-eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees instead of the daily pool heating charge. Guests shall pay actual gas and electric utility charges, which will be billed against client's utility deposit within 6 weeks of departure. We will send you a copy of your utility bill at the conclusion of your reservation.

Natalia is wonderful! The home is beautiful and incredible clean. However, getting the key is a 15-25 minute drive. Typically with Airbnb the host will meet you at the property but since this is with a property management company that probably isn't possible. We had the condo for the month and it was a great stay. Outside the back doors is a beautiful view! Kitchen is very clean and each bedroom has their own bathroom - awesome!
