This two level townhouse is tastefully styled and filled with all the comforts required for a home away from home. Ocean Whispers is just 1 of 4 in the block so is very quiet and private. There is a lovely landscaped courtyard and deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, which waits for you to enjoy a meal and a quiet drink after a day at the track, beach or exploring the Coast. Watch a film with the family on the Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix, and enjoy use of WiFi throughout the property.
The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs along with a deck and outdoor setting. The deck and bathroom are also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy open plan living and entertainment downstairs with all the modern fixtures and fittings. Ceiling fans and plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom.

We will not be present during your stay however if you need any help or have any questions we are contactable.
This is strictly a non-smoking property however smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
Other things to note
Our accommodation rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog as we will only allow small to medium dogs and they must fit the following criteria: up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations. Strictly outdoors only, no dogs are to be brought inside the house at any time. Dogs are allowed to sleep inside the garage of an evening. Guests will need to bring their own dogs bedding, food and water bowls and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. A $40 fee applies.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.
1.Please relax, unwind and enjoy your stay.
2.Please call Lisa if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
5.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
6.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
7.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
8.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests surrounding the property. Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
9.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests. Otherwise it may be charged to your Bond.
10.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Lisa.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out on your departure.
12.Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.
14.Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside where you found them. A fee of $100 per set will apply for any lost keys.
15.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
16.Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure.
17.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
18. Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
