The space
This apartment occupies the lower level of a Raised Ranch style home. Built into the side of a hill this apartment offers daylight windows, garage access to a private entrance in the common hall area. Steps up to the fenced yard are to the left of the inside entry door. The area around the house is fairly private with single homes on either side and level lawn area in the rear. Sloping landscaped front yard. Large pine tree at right & left side of driveway. There may be occasional noise from the upstairs occupants.

Guest access
Driveway parking in a cut-out area to the left of the garages. Garage code access for garage door. House entrance is by inside-garage door. Laundry in unit has full size washer & dryer plus a laundry sink. Private apartment with keyed locked door. Up the staircase there is an exit to a rear, level and grassy fenced yard. Key to that door is on the wall next to the door.
