4-5 Guest MAX in Airbnb at all times. Violators are not tolerated and will immediately be removed.

24hr surveillance(Ring camera) heavy surveillance and police monitored(ADT) all house rules MOST be followed.

Furnished, peaceful, comfortable affordable 2bd, 1.5bth house with an office room. Each room has 1 Queen bed. Office room has a treadmill and desk.

4-5 guest at ALL TIMES MAX in Airbnb. Central AC/ Heat through the house and ceiling fans are available in the other two rooms. !!! I have extra blankets in hall closet. Washer and dryer is located outside in the back yard( DO NOT LEAVE CLOTHES IN WASHER/DRYER). Ring camera by front door for 24 hour surveillance. LOCK BOX is located in the back yard by the back door. Free parking on premises. You have a nice long drive way equipped for plenty of parking. Trash bins(BLACK and BLUE trash bins)are available for use in back yard. You CAN NOT smoke at all NO WHERE(inside or outside)at this location. NO PETS.

House is suitable for children 12 and older. This is a beautiful home and don't want any risk for property damage.

Linen is washed and placed cleaned professionally after each guest. The entire house is disinfected and wiped down after each guest. I except you to clean up after yourself, if Airbnb is left extremely dirty I will charge an extra fee.

central area, so there is a lot of stores and eating places around.

Central Location within minutes to 405/105/110 freeways, LAX , Malls, Beaches, Parks. Walking distances to the Sofi stadium, The Kia Forum, Hollywood Park Casino and Clippers arena. Six flags 45 minutes away and Disneyland 35 minutes away.

-No parties or events of any kind.
-No hanging in front or back yard late at night.
-Absolutely no music played by speaker or portable speaker after 10pm.

This house has strict rules and occupancy limit. Any guest attempting to violate rules, occupant limit and quiet hours will be removed immediately.

This is a non-smoking home. No SMOKING NOWHERE! This violation will incur $200 per day fee.

Any lost keys will be $50 per lost item to replace.

Please clean up behind yourself. If any PROPERTY IS DAMAGED, you will be charged accordingly.
