This is 2 BR and 2 BA second floor condo with big terrace/balcony located in quiet and safe environment with a community pool and within 7 min walking distance to the Bavaro beach.

Punta Cana is known as one of the most famous and tourist places to go to. These beaches are one of the best in the Caribbean. Still, it is one of the budget-friendly and gorgeous places to visit.

The space
This condo is on the second floor, privately located surrounded by lush tropical garden.

This condo is fully furnished and equipped and offers you on the best options to enjoy your vacation:

-The large Living room has an open concept area with dining room and kitchen, walk out to the terrace/ balcony, ceiling fan and A/C unit.

-The Specious full Kitchen has quality appliances and equipped by microwave, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, water cooler, pots, pants, and all kitchenware.

-The Master bedroom has KIng size bed, an in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a walk out to the balcony, ceiling fan, A/C unit, safe box.

-The Second bedroom has Queen size bed, separate bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, A/C unit.

-The separate Laundry room adjusted to the kitchen equipped with high quality washer and dryer, iron, iron board and drying rack.
