Joyce's house is a fantastic find! In a great location, and filled with original artwork, we didn't want to leave -- in fact, we extended our stay twice! Her description of the house is quite understated. It is her own living quarters, and as such, reflects her personality. Her kitchen was a dream to cook in, with every utensil available, and her daughter gifting us with fresh tomatoes from the garden. Joyce left us copious notes on things we might want to do whilst in Boise, and they were most helpful. The house is on a very quiet street, within walking distance of loads of hiking and bike trails and close to downtown amenities. Although it was very hot during our stay, we were quite comfortable with only having windows open (even though there was air conditioning available, should we have wanted it). Overall, we were very comfortable and felt that the quality of our stay was enhanced by this residence. We would highly recommend Joyce's house.

The house is lovely and well outfitted. Good internet, no TV. The kitchen has everything, it is all clean and neat. There are washer and dryer, dishwasher tho I handwash. Coffee and tea are provided. Organic and recycling. Ive been here in the summer heat and the chill fall, cooling and heating are up to snuff. The fire is gas. The garden patio is a great outdoor space, my grandchildren came and played inside and outside. The itinerary was helpful. Full stars

I'm a retired dean from Boise State University. Now I bike, ski, hike, backpack; travel in the nearby wilds, around this country and abroad; read, write and create; do a lot of volunteer work in the environmental arena; work in the death and dying field; and spend time with family and especially my grandson. My life is filled with adventure, fun, mystery and delight.
