This guest room on the 1st floor was partially renovated in 2023. It has a brand new bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchenette.
The Rokugo-Dori Shopping Street is a 6-8 minute walk away, with restaurants, cafes, beauty stores, and supermarkets to explore.
The space
We are a three-story hotel with a shared parking space on the side of the building. There are three separate suites located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
1st Floor Suite
This room is located on the 1st floor. After entering the hotel, you can change your shoes and enter the suite on the 1st floor. The entire space is about 20 square meters, with a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a new bathroom with bathtub. It is fully equipped with all facilities and amenities, making it very convenient to live in.
Bedroom
The bedroom is about 9 square meters, also with natural light from two sides. The sunlight is particularly soft and comfortable under the wooden blinds. There are two single beds with bedside table and space to hang clothes.
Toilet and Bathroom
The bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms for convenience, and the bathroom on the first floor is a brand new bathroom with a dressing room and bathtub.
Kitchenette
A compact kitchen with an IH stove and sink. The space is not large but has all the basic cooking equipment.

Other things to note
- The width of the pathway & stairway can be considered narrow by international travelers. Be careful of collisions when carrying luggage.
- The building's electrical circuit breaker and hot water switches are both located on the wall in the changing room. In the event of power outage or hot water issues, we may need to inform you urgently and, with your permission, enter the changing room for inspection.
- Always be quiet when entering shared spaces such as stairs.
- Guest rooms are wooden floors, and dragging heavy objects and luggage is strictly prohibited.
- No cleaning services during your stay. Upon request, cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
- We have carpets in the room, and additional cleaning fee will be charged if you leave stains.
