The building, The Avant at the Fort, is located near Burgos Circle, and near Shangri-la Hotel, St. Luke's Medical Center and also walking distance to Bonifacio High Street.
Guest access
Pool and gym use are subject to rules by the building but guests can use these for free. Pool is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Tuesdays to Sundays; closed on Mondays for preventive maintenance and only maximum of 2 hours per guest.
Other things to note
Fresh towels and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bathroom tissue) are provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish these items on their own.
For long-staying guests, fresh bedsheets and towels are provided every 7 days. The schedule may vary by 1–2 days depending on cleaner availability.
🚗 Parking Information:
Parking is not available in the building for guests.
Pay parking available in the following:
1. Open pay parking lot across the building, entrance at 3rd Street. Php50 for first 3 hours, and Php50/hour or a fraction thereafter.
2. Pay parking at 8 Forbestown along Forbestown Road. You can find a Starbucks and Robinson's Select Supermarket. It should be the entrance beside the supermarket. Tell the guard for pay parking.
3. Pay parking under Forbeswood Heights, also along Forbestown Road.

A. No cap for bookings shorter than 25 days.
B. For bookings of 25 days or longer:
• Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out.
• A reasonable cap on electricity and water usage applies. This is set generously for normal, conscientious use.
