We are pleased to present from our Staycasa & Co range, this private ensuite room within a Co-Living Home. You will occupy one of the 4 bedrooms in this home, and share the common facilities with other guests. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom is entirely private to yourself, secured with a keyed lock on your bedroom door.
There are two floors to this house, connected by a flight of stairs. All communal facilities are on the Ground Floor, but your bedroom is on the 1st Floor, you will be needed to use the stairs.

Guest access
You will have access private access to your bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Common spaces that are shared with other guests include; the kitchen, living room, laundry facilities, and outdoor backyard.
Staycasa Accommodation is a professional team local to the area who can assist if you have any issues during your stay, but we will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. Our office hours are 10:00AM - 17:00PM, 7 days a week, except on bank holidays. You can find our contact lines after completing your booking.
Other things to note
Before you book:
Co-Living Home Policy - This is a self catering home, not a hotel. You are expected to show respect to both the home, and other guests or residence during your stay. It is your duty to tidy up after yourself after using any of our facilities. You are not permitted to organise gatherings of any kind using the communal spaces, it is unfair for other guests. If this is not what you're expecting then we would highly recommend you book somewhere more suitable.
Property Access - We use a smart coded lock system to secure our property. Guests will be provided with a code to access the building, and a set of keys for your own bedroom. You may enter and exit the property at anytime during your stay without restriction, however you are advised to exercise caution when in Quiet Hours to avoid disturbing other guests.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
