About this listing
Our 'pleasure' house, built at the heart of the hamlet (18th century) which has been renovated several times to welcome several families or friends – ideal for a reunion!
Its 5 bedrooms (one very large) and 2 bathrooms can accommodate at least 12 persons
It's a quiet place where you will enjoy the famous ' joie de vivre'; resting beside the pool (9x4m), playing 'petanque' (French boules) or cooking meals in the summer kitchen equipped with a charcoal BBQ and a plancha.
The house is surrounded by vineyards producing cote du Rhone.
The ground floor composes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and a living room with another fireplace with insert. There is one bathroom + WC on the ground floor too.
On the second floor you will find the 4 bedrooms and another bathroom with WC. On the same floor and above the living room, there is a large entertainment room to relax with a book by the very large bay windows or playing with the pinball or futsball.
4 bedrooms are equipped with double bed each and on the 3d floor (loft conversion) the 5th (large) bedroom with 4 single beds.
The house is equipped with several televisions: 1 in the kitchen, 1 in 2 of the bedrooms (plus DVD players in case it rains) and a large plasma screen in the living room.
But you will not need them …
Vous aurez acces a toute la maison et son jardin.
