Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom condo in South Seaside Park! Walk to see sunrise at the beach or sunset at the bay.

Our unit is a block from the pristine Whitesands beach by Island Beach State Park(IBSP). Walk along the beach towards the serenity of IBSP where land and sea wildlife can be spotted. Go crabbing at the nearby fishing piers. Explore the Seaside Heights boardwalk or walk to dine at locally famous restaurants.

Come stay at our condo! Comfortable beds and modern amenities await!

You will be able to access all rooms except one closet reserved for the owners.

Other things to note
You will be free to use our beach badges during your stay. We will provide up to four (4) total beach badges, however, we will limit the number provided to the number of guests over the age of eleven (11). The beach badges are not intended to be used by people visiting renters for the day.
The only thing we ask is that you care for them as if they were your own and leave them in the unit when your stay concludes. Loss of badges results in a $70 fee per badge lost OR you can purchase a seasonal replacement badge at the same price at the beach entrance (usually between 10am and 3pm)

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in or around our unit, including the balcony or front door-porch area. Any evidence of smoking in or around our unit will incur a cleaning fee of $500. If you smoke, please make sure to smoke away from the building at all times.

If you intend to have a friend or relative who is not part of the original renting party visit for any overnight period, you must provide their first and last names to me prior to their temporary stay.

The two TwinXL beds can be combined to form a King! If that is of interest please let us know prior to booking and we will arrange the room to suit your preference.
