A village with lots of greenery and singing birds, for days of rest! 😌
The chalet has a bedroom with a good double bed and a double bed for 2 more people.
PERFECTLY accommodates a couple.
But you can also serve a couple with 1 or 2 children. Being 4 people is a little tighter and less comfortable, plus little privacy, but it's possible.
***We charge extra from 2 people, so add the correct number of guests in the inquiry/booking for the value to be calculated by the platform.
The chalet is 30m², outside the balcony area.
It has smart TV in the living room and also in the bedroom.
Note: the roof of the chalet is high and open between the environments, and due to this the acoustic privacy is much smaller, so when using the 2 tvs at the same time, the sound of one can get in the way of the other.
>We do not offer breakfast and any other type of food, but the chalet has the kitchen equipped with utensils and basic appliances for quick meals and snacks, or if you prefer to go to the centrinho, which is very close, where there are several options of restaurants, bars and bakery, as well as markets. We leave several tips at the chalet to help.
The cottage has A FONDUE PAN for cheese/chocolate.

**Here is a village of chalets per season, each little house has its own privacy, only the backyard is shared.
Loud noise and mess is not allowed!
Guest access
Access to the chalet is 150 meters from the main paved road (Alto do Poço Feio location). Only the entrance to the village is unpaved (10 meters). The car is parked next to the chalet, with no stairs or steps to access it.
OUR ACCOMMODATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN VEHICLE.
There is no Uber/99 service here and the bus schedule is very bad. The walking path to Lumiar Square is dangerous, it is on the banks of Rj142.
STREAM:
Next to the chalet is a small stream, which is shared with other guests, but it is not very busy and is perfect for cooling off.
Note: There is no risk of flooding or inundation; even when it rains a lot, we have no problems.
The nearest well in the region is 1 km away, which is Poço Feio.
All other wells/waterfalls are within a 7 km radius of here.
Other things to note
Well-behaved pets are very welcome!
***we accept a maximum of 2 small pets or 1 medium-sized pet***
Pets are not allowed on the beds/sofa or to be alone in the cottage.
They can't be left unattended.
Remember, this is an open place with several escape points and there are also other pets, such as our cat, Letícia. So if your pet does not have a good relationship with other animals, please do not bring it.
Please be aware that some tourist spots and restaurants do not accept pets.
We charge a small fee, please add the pet when closing the reservation.
